Zero data collected No permissions requested. No tracking. Nothing ever leaves your computer.

01 Data we collect

None. Thanos does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any user data of any kind.

02 What the extension can access

To close tabs, Thanos uses standard Chrome APIs (chrome.tabs.query, chrome.windows.getAll, and chrome.tabs.remove). It reads only the numeric IDs of your open tabs so it can choose some to close.

It does not request any permissions, and therefore cannot read your tab titles, URLs, page content, browsing history, or any personally identifiable information.

03 Data sharing & third parties

Thanos sends no data to us or to any third party. All processing happens locally in your browser and nothing leaves your device.

Note: the popup's stylesheet loads the "Barlow" web font from Google Fonts. This is a request for font files only — no personal data is sent by the extension. A build that bundles the font locally removes this request entirely.

04 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
